Arataki Plan for the Land Transport
System 2021-2031 affirms our focus
on reducing transport greenhouse gas
emissions to tackle climate change and
support the transition to a low-emission
economy; and improving public health as
part of transitioning to a safe and healthy
land transport system.1 Toitū Te Taiao
