Overview
On the Wiri to Quay Park (W2QP) project there was a need to construct a two kilometre long haul road of three metres. Glen Maria, Project Manager from the at W2QP called Green Vision to get a recommendation on what recycled products would be suitable for the construction of the temporary haul road.
Solution
Green Vision suggested to use stocks of recycled RAP Chip and Green Vision graded Recycled Crushed Concrete were available during the haul road build time.
Outcome
A durable and well compacted surface, project carbon footprint reduction and cost reduction.
